Topsy Turvey Zebras

In my ongoing quest to make a really good topsy-turvy cake (or mad hatter cake, whichever you prefer), I'm making excellent progress. This is the third one, and they are getting better. Really, look at the first one and second one. This one went very well, although I think I'm going to hold off on doing any more until I can by the Mad Dadder cake pans from Fat Daddio. I hate having to carve off and waste so much cake. (Okay, it doesn't necessarily go to waste as go in my mouth, but you get the point).
