It's been a slow week for cakes. Which usually means I either take a break...or experiment. This week, I went with the second option.
I've been wanting to experiment with some new silicone molds I bought, because when I tried using gum paste in them a few weeks ago, the results were awful. But I suspected that chocolate would work...I just needed some free time to test that theory.
I was right
I still don't have my good camera back, but I got a few good, detailed photos. I brushed them with edible lustre dust. So pretty! And tasty...I ♥ white chocolate.
